JBL is a brand that’s synonymous for its class & rich heritage. Since 1946, JBL has set precedents for the ‘American sound’. Google ‘Wall Of Sound’, ‘Woodstock’ and ‘Coachella’ and you’ll see why this brand has, over several decades – stood for quality and innovation. 

JBL : ‘Response’ is my take on a complete redesign of the exterior and interior (I added my own insulation and sound proofing materials). The speakers are original JBL drivers made in France. For this revamp, I wanted to express the narratives of time, decay, street & graffiti culture, as well as superflat themes.

Also featured are new decals and an upgraded grill cloth that playfully accentuates the painting and its embellishments.
